Verizon Wireless CDM8975 Handset

Verizon Wireless CDM8975 Handset:

Verizon Wireless, together with Personal Communication Devices, recently unveiled its latest handset that features highly interactive communication technology and multimedia functions that will meet the needs of mobile users.

The CDM8975 mobile phone features VZ Navigator(SM) that provides people with the accurate road direction that will help them to easily locate their destination.
The most impressive t
hing about this technology is that it offers audio sounds while it provides directions to users.
Because Verizon decided to make a handset that provides open communication tools, the company designed the CDM8975 with dedicated button for call and another for speaker phone function.
To pr
ovide the needs of music lovers, the mobile phone supports V CAST Music with Rhapsody which allows users to download songs from Verizon service which provides more than 5 million copies of songs.
Another impressive feature of the mobile phone is the V CAST Video that allows people to access videos about entertainment, news, sports, etc. With this technology, users can enjoy watching videos from anywhere they will go.

The mobile phone also features web-based capability that will allow people to access their emails and browse through the Internet to read the latest news and blogs.

Another notable feature of the handset is the multiple video technologies including voice commands, voice activated dialing, and video recording.
Other features are: Buetooth Technology for wireless connectivity; multimedia games with JAVA support for downloading added applications; phone book with more than 500 entries with multiple contacts; internal antenna; headset for convenient music listening; expandable memory with optional micro SD(TM) memory card up to 8 GB; and location-based services. One disadvantage of this phone is the 1.3 pixel resolution of the built-in camera which is relatively low compared to most camera-enabled handset.
